Library's new name

The name of the library changes. From September 1st the official name is Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences Library. The marketing name is SeAMK Library.

Former official name (Seinäjoki Academic Library) and names of library units (Campus Library, Health Library) are phased out.

We have decided to change the names because of the centralization of library services to the Frami Campus in Seinäjoki. The new SeAMK Library will be opened in Campus House in autumn. It’s collections will consist of all other subject areas except agriculture. SeAMK Agriculture Library’s services and collections will be moved from Ilmajoki Campus to the Campus House in Seinäjoki in December-January. After that, there will be only one library unit, SeAMK Library, at the university.

We have already changed the new name to library web pages and services.
