Studying information skills
The library offers training in information retrieval for all students.Information retrieval skills for your studies and working life.
The training focuses on the basics of information retrieval, finding the most relevant sources for the student’s own degree programme and evaluating the information. The main objective of the training is the fact that a student will get good abilities for independent information retrieval. You’ll need information seeking skills both during your studies and in your future working life.
The training is included in the curriculum. The information specialists of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences Library are responsible for the training.
