The new Tuudo app has been updated over the weekend and some of the library functionalities have been fixed. Loan renewals, cancelling reservations, and the chat service are not yet working.
Tuudo library services do not work properly in the new version. We recommend that you do not update your phone to the new version yet.
Problems detected:
the barcode on Tuudo’s library card may not work at self-checkout machines
not all loans are visible
loan due dates are not visible
loan renewals do not work
reservations cannot be canceled
chat does not work
opening hours may be displayed incorrectly
If Tuudo has already been updated, you can find your library card in Tuudo as follows:
click the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner
select the Student Services menu
select Library
the barcode for your library card can be found there
If your Tuudo library card does not work at the self-checkout machine, use the SEAMK-Finna digital library card
you can use it to borrow books from the self checkout machine
