Issues with the library features of the new Tuudo app

Changes in opening hours and services
Tuudo library services do not work properly in the new version. We recommend that you do not update your phone to the new version yet.
Problems detected:
- the barcode on Tuudo’s library card may not work at self-checkout machines
- not all loans are visible
- loan due dates are not visible
- loan renewals do not work
- reservations cannot be canceled
- chat does not work
- opening hours may be displayed incorrectly
If Tuudo has already been updated, you can find your library card in Tuudo as follows:
- click the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner
- select the Student Services menu
- select Library
- the barcode for your library card can be found there
If your Tuudo library card does not work at the self-checkout machine, use the SEAMK-Finna digital library card
- log in to SEAMK-Finna(Opens in a new window) with your SEAMK email and password via Haka login
- open the menu under the profile picture
- select Library cards
- you will find the barcode there
- you can enlarge the barcode by clicking on it
- you can use it to borrow books from the self checkout machine
