Library's 30th anniversary cake and coffee

Welcome to celebrate SEAMK Library’s 30th anniversary! We will be serving cake and coffee to the first 100 guests in the C0 lobby on the ground floor of the Kampustalo building.

The theme of the anniversary year is “A Glimpse of History”: in the C0062 auditorium, you can learn about the library’s past through a photo presentation. The lobby will feature marketing materials from different years. You can vote for the most beautiful library card from over the years. Do you recognize the items used in library work? Take part in the quiz. Prizes will be raffled among all respondents.

The library’s official opening was in March 1996, and the doors were opened to patrons in May of the same year.
