Take the SeAMK Finna survey!

The SeAMK-Finna search service has opened a user survey. The survey is organized by the National Library of Finland and it is open for four weeks, from January 21 to February 17, 2025. The aim is to collect users’ experiences and needs. The feedback will be used to assess and improve the quality of the service.

You can access the survey on SeAMK-Finna by clicking on the pop-up window in the bottom left corner. The survey is published in Finnish, Swedish, English and Northern Sami and it takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.

The broad user survey applies to the entire Finna family. This means customers of all Finna-affiliated organizations. The survey is carried out by the National Library of Finland every two years in all Finna views.
